We require a new system in order to simultaneously improve the educational skills and achievement and provide continuous training for educators and management staff.
To improve learner skills we need to assess the knowledge gaps through continuous assessment and provide the best educator and content for each and every classroom. We also need to closely and continuously monitor and assess each learner.
To improve the educators' and management staff skills we need to provide continuous training at a reasonable rate which can be digested by the target audience, i.e. providing training in small amounts on a weekly basis.
The standard of quality must remain constant through our all our classrooms and everyone needs to receive the same message at the same time and be assessed to ensure that the content has been understood.
